June 30

We leave in two days but I can’t believe it or get excited. I’ve done my packing – mostly toiletries. I’m bringing two pairs of cotton pants (one flowered, one grey) a pair of jeans, a yellow t shirt and a flowered cotton one, two undershirts (white and pink), two pairs of white ankle socks, one white and one pink and one pair of sport socks. Also my pink cardigan, a raincoat, my pink runners and ma’s loafers.

Lori, Harold and Deb were over this evening. Bonnie and Helen, Dad’s students calso came over. Yesterday we were at Lori and Harold’s and met some people from France – Alain, Catheleen, Sean, Timna and Aroure. The grown ups here tonight had wine and muffins on the caboose roof. Dad’s brown painting is really good.
